On August 3, 2024, in Czastary, the ninth edition of the street races "X Czastarska Piątka" will take place during a two-day festival celebrating the "XXXII Days of Czastary." Many competitors from various provinces will participate in the OPEN race over a distance of 5 km, and last year, 139 participants took part. In the main OPEN race, Žaneta Powolna won among the women, while Tomasz Chudzicki triumphed among the men. The organizers hope to break the record from 2019, when 172 runners participated in the race.

  • In the OPEN race over a distance of 5 km, 139 competitors from the provinces of Lower Silesia, Łódź, Opole, Silesia, and Greater Poland took part!
  • In the main OPEN race over a distance of 5 km, the winner among women was Żaneta Powolna from Mirków, with a time of 20 minutes and 11 seconds.
  • In the 9th edition of the race, 48 competitors from the Wieruszów district participated, with 29 residents representing the Czastary municipality.
